The gift of darkness..

At long last my family sat together and had a really long talk - the occasion: celebrating the MSEB's load shedding. I guess the weather had a lot to do with our general good moods - our bonding experience wouldn't have been quite as nice in the summer. But as luck would have it - the night was truly beautiful. A gentle breeze ran around us lazily reflecting our general mood. Some of the nicest family memories I have are of black-outs ....me and my brother singing into the clear black sky. The much forgotten stars showing a glimpse of themselves after a long absence. There are just some things money can't buy!

I Think it is the other way around. Our mind is the one shaping up the environment around us.If you are dull you feel nature that day is also dull.....I had this feeling means i support wordsworth thought...not keets...:-)

in the fast moving life ,you are right in pointing out that power cut is the most blessful thing you can get....looking back most of the light movements in my life had orginated during conversation in dark....
Have you wonder why talking in the dark looking at the sky is different from looking at somebody on their face....
May be dark is giving the cover all of us longing for....
